Starts with a Layup, followed by an elbow shot, short corner shot, wing 3, corner 3, another wing 3, another corner 3 (all on 1 side) & sprint to the opposite elbow for a shot, short corner shot, wing 3, corner 3, another wing 3, another corner 3.)
