12 Mins Shooting

Get a partner to time you and chart your makes and misses.
Shoot a 3, rebound it yourself, dribble out/sprint with the ball to 3-point line and shoot again. Shoot from all around the arc. Repeat for 12 minutes. Make as many as you can in 12 minutes.
Tips: Footwork, Balance, Urgency rebounding, Cardio.
Have your partner draw out a half court on a piece of paper and chart your makes (o) and misses (x)

Nash Shooting

"13 Total Shots"

Get a partner to rebound and pass to you.
If you notice, there is an "X" at the free-throw line, that's your passer/rebounder

Starts with a Layup, followed by an elbow shot, short corner shot, wing 3, corner 3, another wing 3, another corner 3 (all on 1 side) & sprint to the opposite elbow for a shot, short corner shot, wing 3, corner 3, another wing 3, another corner 3.)

- Repeat 5 times
- Chart makes and misses

5 Spots 20/Spot Shooting

5 Spot Shooting (20 shots/spot = 100)

Get a rebounder/partner, shoot 20 x 3s from each spots, keep track of your makes & misses. Move on to the next spot after TAKING 20 shots.

(If you can get a third helper to chart makes and misses for you, do so).

- Catch and shoot without dribbling.
- Hips low & hands ready.
- Make sure your passer is making proper and crisp passes.
